Considering selling my 07 4dr wrangler. 103,000 miles, mostly is used to commute to work, which runs average 9-10 miles per day round trip. 3.8L engine with the NSG370 6spd manual transmission. 2 budget boost with rubicon coils which nets around 3.5 of lift over the stock Unlimited X. Runs 35x12.50R15 Goodyear Duratracs on some 15 wheels that actually fit JKs. Comes with brand new full sized matching spare tire, no wheel. Not sure what wheels they are, they came with the Jeep. I have maintained it fairly well under my ownership, and it runs full synthetic with a quart of Lucas oil stabilizer and gets changed every 3000-3500 miles, and I only use Mobil 1 oil and either Mobil 1 or Purelator One filters. Transmission runs Redline MTL fluid. Has a mixture of mandrel bent MBRP (I believe) 2.5 exhaust from the y pipe back, and it uses an inline cherrybomb muffler which was replaced last year. Custom made rear bumper with several tow points and stubby 2 receiver built in up high. I never got around to making the front bumper for it, but I made solid hood latches which are adjustable, and have survived the past 2.5yrs without issue, and they use all stainless or plastic components. These were made to prevent the notorious hood flutter. It has the Rubicon rocker/slider rails installed, a rugged ridge padded center console cover (mostly to cover the hole in the center console lid), and has a new (as of November) Smittybilt soft top with tinted windows and new in box spare rear window also tinted. Has a clean title, and theres a few spare parts that would go along with it (have some left over heads, and intake stuff, front engine cover, etc from when I did the engine replacement). Also have 2 spare head units and some spare speakers, and such for it. The bad: Second engine. When I purchased the Jeep, it had a nasty rod knock, and I replaced it with a good used 40,000 mile unit (Seller was swapping for a Hemi, now has ~70,000 miles on it) which has given me nearly no issues. The water pump is leaking slightly, but will be repaired with a new pump and gasket prior to sale (mostly waiting for a warmer day right now). Third transmission. After about 6 months of driving the jeep daily, the synchros went on the transmission for first gear and second gear synchros were on the way out also. Found a good used 16,000 miles used unit with new clutch for it (the seller also removed to install a Hemi/Auto conversion in his), and it has been good ever since. From my understanding the first replacement happened before 30,000 miles before the end of warranty. Front axle. Just needs a little love. Passenger side axle seal is leaking. Most likely this will be repaired prior to sale. Tires. They most certainly pass inspection, and all have more than 7/32 tread (NY inspection requires to have 2/32), however, some are a bit cupped. I rotate them every 6,000-9,000 miles. Dashboard. Previous owner was pissed one day at the radio and beat it with a crowbar. Dont ask me, I wasnt there... Everything works though, its just cosmetic.I replaced the radio with a nice working factory unit when I got the Jeep. Center console lid also has a hole in it from that incident. E brake. Doesnt work. Has brand new cables, and brand new lever assembly installed as of mid summer. I have new shoes and hardware for the ebrakes, but like a few other things, I am just waiting for a warmer day to replace it all. Price: $18,500, not really looking to move on price as I do not need to sell it. I would also work out a trade on an 05 or newer F150 extended or crew cab. Auto or Manual, and 4x4 is of course a must. Will trade straight for an 09+ with Ecoboost engine. $21,000 gets the brand new Rock Krawler 4.5 long arm conversion for it. Brand new in box Fox Shox with remote reservoirs front and rear and +6 brake lines for all 4 corners.
