Cont. In todays gospel we heard about Jesus wanting to go to Jerusalem through Samaria. The Samaritansdid not receive Him; they opposed Him. Then two of His disciples John and James said to Him, "Lord do you want us to command fire to consume them(9: 53)" Jesus rebuked them and took another way to Jerudalem. Jesus did not come to destroy people. His mission was to give life and not to take it away. Often people misunderstood Him. Jesus Christ our Lord and master is a blessing. He came not to curse us but to bless us ; He came not to hurt us but to heal us , He came not to condemn us, but to forgive and redeem us. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
