The purpose of this position to be responsible for assisting the Ranger Manager with coordinating and leading an effective, visible and customer focused Women’s Ranger Team. The Women’s Ranger Facilitator will have strengths and experience in the implementation and monitoring of associated plans, policies, legislation and compliance standards relevant to the responsibilities of the Women’s Ranger team. As well as provide leadership to the Thamarrurr Women’s Rangers team whilst meeting contract requirements and addressing key performance areas within functions relating to the management of land, sea and cultural resources in the Thamarrurr region of the Daly River Port Keats Aboriginal Land Trust.
