Contemplable - worthy of contemplation. Never heard that word used before, and once I realized that was the word being used, I still wasnt sure if was *really* a word. It is. I encountered it in his discussion with an historian, his languid Oxbridge accent seems to have picked up a couple plums along the way . I could have sworn he was just dropping a consonant cluster and saying contemptible - which didnt make any sense, because he was addressing the possible reception/efficacy of a diplomatic communique.
