Contempt of Court is a subjective idea , which may be used by officials , to be unjust , corrupt and immoral. The application of Contemp of Court is meant to prevent actions that may affect proper administration of Justice and cause damage of the reputation of a Court of Justice. Its use must be very restricted and must not in anyway subvert a Constitution , that gurantees freedom of speech , free expression and free flow of information. Citizens are to act responsibly , avoid hate speech and any activities that may bring anyone into disrepute. Really Bourgeois Democracy is inherently biased , against the working masses. Laws in within such system favour the rich and fail to protect the poor adequately. Contempt of Court may easily be applied , to put fear into the masses , prevent them from exposing wrong doing and encourage the elite to do what they like , with impunity. The people are right to be suspicious of laws that they are not directly involved in making. They reject any unjust laws.
