Continental GT 535cc ( Vintage Sport ) Single Cylinder Engine , Air Cooled In the 3 days it is with me , i have been doing Goregaon to Bhayander thrice in a week , The average i calculated got out to be 14-15 kmpl , Very aggressive seating and is fun to ride on the highways and kind off a pain in traffic , U seriously cannot ride at a speed less than 80kmph . Stability at high speed is really good , Very Light Weight and easily steered . The Top Speed i took it to was 150kmph . The BREMBO brakes r superb and very effective , Rear Brakes have to be worked on , Movement of the brake pedal is very less , Front shockups r lagging at some points and the rear ones whch are PAIOLI are very well classified and work very efficiently ! Vibrations r too much but if ur an enfielder ull be used to it ! If u pull ur accelerator at every gear upto 4000rpm 1st Gear does 40kmph 2nd Gear does 70-75kmph 3rd Gear does 110kmph 4th Gear does 130kmph 5th Gear does 140-150kmph if ur pulling ur accelerator fully ! Atlast in a Royal Enfield Bike i saw a fuel Gauge after long and tht too a digital one ( Being a Classic 500 owner ) Starting issues are there sometimes which has to be worked on. Itz a strict NO NO for the long riding people , If ur riding on city highways , it is superfun ! It is kind off degraded by the people ! It is kind off over priced bike but i felt itz completely worth 2.25-2.50 cause it has a titanium piston and also brakes and shockups fulfill ur criteria ! Itz onroad Challengers ( If ur comparing cc and BHP wise ) are - CBR250R (1.60-1.80) Duke 390 and RC 390 (2.05-2.75) Upcoming - Pulsar 400 SS ( Prices unknown ) Thank You For Giving me the oppurtunity to Review A Royal Enfield Bike ! Thnx to Ishna Wheels and Mr Ravi Bangera !
