Continuing its successful level of business support, the Beyond Network is calling on all businesses located across Down District to participate in the second phase of the project. Since its launch in September 2010 Beyond has been providing a very high standard of tailored support to existing businesses in the Down District area. Down Business Centre have been successfully appointed as the delivery agent for this phase and are currently planning a full schedule of events and networking opportunities with a view to launching in August. What is Beyond - Down to Business? Beyond is a flexible Business Support Network designed for local businesses in the Down District Council area. The network aims to improve the level and quality of business development support to existing local businesses in Down District. The majority of Down District’s businesses are small-scale (under 10 employees) and typically do not qualify for start-up support or other assistance from Invest NI. Who can apply? Support is available for those operating a business from home or from business premises on either a full time or part time basis. One person businesses through to those employing up to 250 people are eligible for support through the Beyond Network. What does the network offer?
