Continuing on in Matthew chapter 8. Thank you for taking a look † (Matthew 8:23-27) And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him. (This an analogy also for the end-times. As it will be like in the days of Noah. First, satan (claiming to be Christ/God) coming with the fallen angels in the flesh, on top of the evil spirits on the Earth now. Noah listened and followed Gods command entering that ark/ship/boat). 24And, behold, there arose a great tempest (sudden violent windstorm, usually with rain) in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep. (Remember at the 4th and 5th trumpet we have the upcoming weather pattern, darkness on Earth, symbolic for the Worlds darkest hour. That of course will be the hour of temptation = satan claiming to be Christ/God. Things will get choppy if your Gods people. He protected Noah, and the Earth helped Noah, the Earth helped the children of Israel crossing the red sea, and the examples go on and on. Now remember Christ needed rest here after 10 grueling days of teaching, being a Doctor, and casting out evil spirits). (Christ was calm, the disciples were not listening as Christ just predicted His death, and Peter confession Christ is the Messiah, and the Transfiguration. Per Luke 9 in setting the exact timeline here. Therefore, after all that we get a faith inspection. Some ask how can I have faith? The Father through Christ teaches that as well, ask HIM. Now, Christ told them future already, and what they saw should been evidence for the rest to come true exactly like His Word says). (Furthermore, in the end-times in Revelation the sea is the people. The flood = satans flood of lies. So, as it is during the tribulation the storm begins, the water accumulates, the waves beat against the houses. We need to have a strong foundation hanging onto Christ every Word). 25And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish. (Now you were told youd be here for the crucifixion/His death being rejected of the religious hypocrites. Therefore, they should of known not one hair on their head will perish). Just as Christ promise here in the end-times when satan comes with the flood of lies, the elect are delivered up for a testimony against satan and the new world order :) (Luke 21:16-19) And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. (Death meaning the devil/satan, to be mortally inflicted taking the mark of the beast in their minds. That is believing/worshiping satan as Christ/God in ones heart and mind). 17And ye shall be hated of all men for my names sake. (Detested by them. A bunch of Christians detesting real Christians who follow the Lord and HIS WORD(s). Likened to the Judas betrayal). 18But there shall not an hair of your head perish. (Considerable yourself untouchable, this is physically (spiritually first). Now remember they are decaying in both ways spiritually first--worshiping the son of perdition--the man of sin--satan claiming to be Christ/God). 19In your patience possess ye your souls. (And so it will be. Endure till the end, as the same states in Matthew 24 and Mark 13). 26And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked (admonish) the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm. (The winds and the waves, Christ wants us to have calm before, during, and after the storm. Comparable to being in the world and the eye of a hurricane. We been through one storm, and we know another is coming. Prepare accordingly. Now if the weatherman shows a hurricane does one sit there and do nothing? So, why with God and His Word? Therefore, most of the World trusts the weatherman more than Christ, they say is their savior). (And so through the Holy Spirit He will shut their mouths, in the storm, and coming back to take them by storm. Spiritually and physically. It is them who better fear, along with respect for the LORD). (Luke 21:15) For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist. AMEN † 27But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!
