Continuing on with the health aspect of my channel, many of you have requested that I share with you what I eat/drink in a typical day. One thing that I always start my mornings with is 1 large glass of water mixed with 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds. After that, I go and do my exercise. I come home to replenish my body and give myself a healthy start.
