As of today we command a major market share of above 45 in Saudi Arabia. As a part of the Jotun MEIA graduate program we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Executive located in Dammam who will report to the Operations Manager. The holder of this position will identify areas of improvement related to safety quality productivity and workplace organization. Plan and execute all improvement projects by utilizing the available resources and tools and by coordinating with other supporting departments in order to ensure a high standard of process improvement. Responsibility Coordinate all project related activities with the Production Manager in order to attain a high standard of results. Evaluate operational activities and identify areas of waste and opportunities for improvement. Facilitate VSM and Kaizen activities. Develop prioritize and implement solutions to reduce waste and improve performance and efficiency. Teach coach and mentor employees in Continuous Improvement CI and Lean manufacturing principles train employees to identify and eliminate waste and improve efficiency. Be an agent for HSE in workplace deploying it along with all improvement projects. We offer Individual tasks and responsibilities along with close mentoring and coaching from your managers. Skills Qualifications Saudi nationals only localization program Academic degree Bachelor andor Master’s degree in chemical electrical or mechanical engineering or Management Total Quality Management. 13 years of relevant experience in engineering or continuous improvement Good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages Active supporter of Jotun values.
