Contract law and public policy experts have said there is no legal impediment that would prevent a Labor government from tearing up the contract for the toll road. Precisely, as the Greens have been saying. Stand by for the screams of outrage from the Murdochracy, COALition and Big Business who are happy to change the rules and their previous support for the RET to kill the renewable energy industry. And note that this is something that the ALP has promised to do BEFORE the election, unlike the many pre-election lies the Federal COAlition told before their deceit-riddled election. That said,the ALP still seems to be hanging to the coat-tails of actions by Local Government. Is this still cause for concern?
