Contracts Administrator Job Type : Management Location : Saudi Arabia Company : Kabbara & Associates Maintain a working knowledge of the Company’s Contract Management Standards, programs and goals by planning and applying Contract Management practices and procedures as established by the Company. Establish and maintain communications with client representatives and project staff through meetings, telephone and web conferences, and reports to provide for client satisfaction. Prepare, maintain, retrieve, and communicate records, reports, or documents that may be required to meet Tendering & Contract Management requirements. Prepare and maintain all electronic and hard copy files. Develop and make formal presentations when given the opportunity. Organize and document communications and meetings with contractors. Participate in the development of the Project Contracting Plan and contract planning. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent. 5 years minimum experience in Construction Contracts. Gulf experience is preferred. Fluent in English and Arabic. Good organizational skills.
