Contrary to popular thinking, apostles do not bring any new doctrines, or ways to follow God, except to follow exactly what God has already purposed in Scriptures. Apostles cannot decide anything for the Kingdom of God. The only One who moves the Church is the Spirit of God. Ministers partake only in the leadership of the Spirit but cannot induce any independent direction to the body of Christ. Anyone who does this cannot be estimated to be an apostle of Christ...he can only be a false one.
