Contrary to the propaganda ministry’s incessant indoctrination, and the disinformation of the so-called “left” versus “right” wings, Americans are not only special and unique, they have been tricked out of their birthright. Based on the Declaration of Independence (the actual source of the “republican form of government”): [] Americans are born equal before the law - none can be born higher, nor rise above “equal.” Thus unless consent is given to lower status, an American has the HIGHEST status in law. (The source of the sovereignty of the people) [] Americans are endowed with rights and liberties, that government was instituted to secure. Governments delegated power to secure rights have no power to grant rights. In fact, government is a servant to the sovereign people, not its master. [] American governments can only govern those who CONSENT, and thus move from sovereign to subject status. Citizens, by definition, are subjects, due to mandatory civic duties. Anyone “born a citizen” was “born a subject” - which violates the Declaration of Independence, etc. Recapping, American people are endowed with the right to life (and the right to do all harmless activities in support thereof), liberty (natural and personal liberty), and absolute ownership of their person, labor, and private property acquired. No exercise of a right is subject to taxation nor restriction by any government instituted to secure rights. FYI : the “republican form” is not synonymous with a “constitutional republic” since the republican form existed BEFORE the U.S. Constitution. Our ancestors knew this fact. ***************** What I do say is that no man is good enough to govern another man without that others consent. I say this is the leading principle, the sheet-anchor of American republicanism. Our Declaration of Independence says: We hold these truths to be self-evident: That all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. - - - Abraham Lincoln, Speech at Peoria, Illinois (1854) en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Abraham_lincoln As Lincoln reminds us, NO MAN (nor American government) is good enough to govern you without your consent. You must learn HOW and WHEN you gave consent and decide if you wish to continue or withdraw that consent. Until the current system is destroyed, you still have the freedom of choice.
