Conversation started Monday Hunters Rest Hotel & CANSA joined hands to present a day filled with fun, excitement and interesting facts. So grab a purple outfit, bring your family and join in the fun! THE PACKAGE ON OFFER FOR THE PLAYERS: This fun-filled day will take place on the 6th of July 2013, at Hunters Rest Hotel grounds. We are offering the following activities to choose from: • A 4km walk up the mountain into the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view and fresh morning air. The steep hill will be challenging but will remind you how grateful we should be, to be able to live and be healthy. • A round of golf, combined with a round of Put-Put, to challenge the strength of any corporate team and help building relationships and team spirit, or just to say thank you for your loyal support over the past year, remembering those who suffered from this dreaded disease. • An Arts & Crafts market with different flea market stalls to keep the ladies and children busy after the walk, while dad fights it out on the golf course. • Lots of sponsorship and marketing opportunities. GOLF- & PUT PUT FORMAT: • Competition Format - The competition would be in the form of a 4 Ball Alliance, with a separate Pink Ball Competition within the 4 Ball, just to keep reminding the players why we do this. • To enter a 4-ball – You can enter a 4-Balls at a cost of R1 000 per 4-Ball. This would include the following: o a Goody Bag for each player in the 4-ball o A round of golf (18 holes) – 4 Ball alliance with 3 scores to count including the pink ball. o A round of put put (18 holes) o Lunch at halfway house and lots of fun prizes. o Fun activities at some of the Greens and Tees from our sponsors. o Lots of fun prizes and lucky draws. • Tee off times and bookings - Tee off times will start at 07:00 for the morning field and around 11:00 for the afternoon field.
