The Center for U.S.-Mexican Studies has offered fellowships for more than 30 years and remains one of the leading residential fellowship programs in the United States for research on Mexico and U.S.-Mexico relations. I am writing to ask for your support in promoting our 2014-2015 fellowship program to your network of scholars. Visiting Fellows are expected to be PhD candidates who are ABD and have completed a substantial portion of their dissertations. University of California graduate students are encouraged to apply as well, and priority will be given to proposals that are relevant to public policy.
