Cooked this today also..very very good and a keeper!..of course any mac and cheese is a keeper..lol..i repkcaed the jalapino with garlic, cut back on the bacon and bacon grease (damn blood pressure) and added more butter in place of grease..i also used the shredded cheeses i already had..like cassarole blend, mexican blends, and colby jack..It does make a lot tho..so cut in half or use 2 foil lazagnia pans so you can freeze one..i also crushed up some flavored kroger croutons, that i had picked up on sale a while back, and used those instead of crackers.. https://facebook/notes/debbie-langston-brown/four-cheese-bacon-jalapeno-mac-and-cheese/738096556221887
