Cooking tip , I am sure you all know this one but it is so easy , Butter makes everything better right ? so at the holidays do it up , to give your butter a specific herb flavor , like me I am doing sage, take a stick of butter now and get to room temp ,take out of wrapper and put in saran wrap,take fresh sage and put it right on the butter wrap it up tight and let sit for a few days at room temp the butter will absorb the herb flavor , so if you want to get really decadent take some stuffing before you serve melt the sage butter in a cast iron skillet and get it hot and put stuffing on it to crisp it up and give a little kick .... you can do that with your spuds also !!
