Cool air and sunshine….perfect start to any day! The fair starts today! All of the 4H kids were so excited when I was at the fair yesterday. I was thrilled to finally meet one of my FB friends that is showing her horse. Sweet girl and lovely horse, good luck Sydney! We were worried about taking “Old Nan” but she was content laying in her pen in the goat barn watching the visitors and other goats. Jacob’s market goat, Merry, settled in and seemed to be enjoying the excitement as well. The pigs weighed great and will get to be in the scan competition. The littles and Grandpa were happy about that! Kevin stopped up after work and we all went to Bob Evan’s for dinner. Alyson’s friend, Cydne, went along and I enjoyed watching the two of them giggle as they ate their dinner. I love being included in my grandkids world! Jacob and Beth are entered in the open goat show this afternoon. I wish them good luck! Kevin and I have chores to do before we go watch so I had better get busy.
