Cool and a little spooky. Went out to take a look at the pigs I shot the other night. I always like looking at the tracks around the area and seeing how long it takes for them to be eaten. Two were typical scavenger sites with buzzard feathers and coyote tracks with scattered bones and hair. The third was different. It was about a 30-35lb pig and had been picked up and carried away leaving nothing but a narrow drag mark. I followed it for a good 75-100 yards and never saw anywhere that it was put down and picked back up. There were some pretty good sized cat tracks along the way. Either a huge bobcat or smallish mountain lion. The trail went off into a super thick area. I walked the perimeter and there werent any tracks leading out. Sure wish I wouldve put a camera on this one.
