Cops shoot to kill within 15 seconds of arriving on the scene. Cops do not attempt to deescalate the situation, or act like peace officers of the public. Cops do not attempt to use non-lethal force to preserve the safety, dignity, human rights, and civil rights of the victim (the man that they serve and protect). Cops continue to fire once the victim is clearly incapacitated and grounded in an effort to make sure the victim is dead instead of simply neutralized. Cops, with no sense of decency, handcuff a clearly limp and lifeless body that has 10 bullets in it, just to be “safe”.
