On behalf of our clients, I am writing personally to thank you, the organisations listed below and members of the public who kindly donated a total of 53 advent calendars for the children that access our Domestic Violence and Abuse services. Donating Organisations & Collection Centres recognised by Doncaster Women’s Aid for the donation of Advent Calendars in 2014 • Poundland, Frenchgate; • Boots, Frenchgate; • Notorious Aadrvark record shop; • Masons Arms; • Costa Coffee. We have managed to hand out all the calendars to our clients who have children and who attended our town office for advice and support and our Domestic Violence Awareness training programmes between the 1st of December 2014 and today, 3rd December 2014. As a Charity we appreciate all donations made towards our services and the essential work we do to support the women and children of Doncaster who are living with or fleeing from Domestic Violence. It is good to know that so many people and organisations value and recognise our clients, their children and the vital work we do. I have enclosed our service profile and publicity for your information. I trust this will provide a valuable insight into our work, our ethos and the projects we are currently running. Please express our grateful appreciation to all the collection centres and thank you again Fiona for giving your time and efforts to get the advent calendars to us before the 1st of December.
