One of them was Alexandra Tydings who played Aphrodite. We were so glad to meet her after all these years. “It’s nice to be back at a convention after all these years.” In the interview she talks about why she chose this convention to come to, how her kids changed her life and her audition for her role as Aphrodite. “I had short blonde hair at the time so I thought they were going to do a cool and funky version of Aphrodite. I had no idea about the wigs that would be involved.” Grâce à notre partenariat avec Xivents, nous avons eu l’occasion d’interviewer certaines des invitées qui apparaissaient à la Con III. L’une d’elles était Alexandra Tydings, qui a joué Aphrodite. Nous étions si heureux de la rencontrer après toutes ces années. Il est agréable dêtre de retour à une convention après toutes ces années. Dans linterview, elle parle de pourquoi elle a choisi cette convention, de comment ses enfants ont changé sa vie et de son audition pour son rôle dAphrodite. « Javais les cheveux blonds courts à lépoque, je pensais quils allaient faire une version fraîche et funky dAphrodite. Je navais aucune idée des perruques qui seraient impliquées » Dankzij ons partnership met Xivents hadden we de gelegenheid om een aantal gasten te interviewen tijdens de conventie. Een daarvan was Alexandra Tydings, die de rol van Aphrodite speelt. We waren zo blij om haar opnieuw te mogen begroeten na al die jaren. “Het is leuk om terug op een conventie te zijn.” In het interview spreekt ze over waarom ze deze conventie koos om haar comeback te maken, hoe haar kinderen haar leven veranderden en haar auditie voor de rol van Aphrodite. “Ik had toen kort, blond haar dus ik dacht dat ze een coole en funky versie van Aphrodite zouden maken. Ik had geen idee over de pruiken die er zouden komen bij kijken.”
