Coretek Services, Farmington Hills Project Manager Infrastructure IT Project Manager - Hospital/Healthcare Environment As a Project Manager, you will work together with business unit stakeholders and technical resource managers in delivering assigned projects within acceptable timeframes and adhering to quality standards. The Project Manager will need to be responsible for multiple projects running concurrently, working across divisions to manage all phases of the architecture and implementation process. The IT Infrastructure PM must have Hospital or healthcare environment experience on Enterprise level Infrastructure projects and live in the Detroit metro area. This is a full time permanent role; some travel will be expected. Specifically, the Project Manager will be responsible for: · Planning & Delivering assigned projects on a schedule that is aligned with the critical needs of the business in the Hospital, Clinical and/or PMO space. · Constructing the work breakdown structure (WBS) for the project; demonstrating proficiency in using project management software tools, most specifically Microsoft Project. · Maintain ownership and accountability for the project schedule and budget. · Successfully manage project risk. · Provide periodic status reports to management regarding the project, effectively communicating the status of project(s) to all stakeholders. · Manage all relationships necessary for a successful project team including those with vendors, contractors, resources, executives and stakeholders. · Ability to negotiate and work in tandem with vendors. · Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures. Knowledge and Experience: · PMP required, strong technical and project/program management and requirement identification skills are essential. Infrastructure Project Management at an enterprise level experience also required. · Experienced in managing large project teams and sub teams (Over $ 1MM or 20 plus resources) · Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, formal project methodologies and PMI – PMBOK required. · Proficient in WBS and work estimation development · Proficient in proposal and Statement of Work development · Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentations / communication skills are essential. · Strong candidates will have experience with Infrastructure project leadership in the Clinical space. · 5 - 10 + Years related experience.
