Corn pizza with tomato garlic sauce Base: 2 tsp active dry yeast, 180ml warm water, 315g plain flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp Olive oil. Soak the yeast in a 5 tsp of warm water, mix the salt and flour, make a well and add the oil and warm water. Knead them into a dough and cover it with a cling film for an hour. Tomato garlic sauce: 4 large juice tomatoes, 30g butter, ½ tsp sugar, chopped garlic (3),salt and pepper taste. Bring water to boil and put the tomatoes in, cook until the skin breaks. Once done, peel the skin and chop them well. Melt the butter on a pan and add the chopped garlic and tomatoes. Season them will salt and pepper, and add the sugar. Cook until saucy. Preheat the oven. Roll out the dough into a round/ square – quarter inch thickness. Spread the prepared sauce, arrange the bell peppers, onions black olives and cooked corn kernels ( season them separately in a bowl before arranging). You can use mozzarella , parmesan or cheddar cheese for the topping. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
