Coroner, police, prosecutors all work together. This man was murdered and the police got away with it. he was choked to death. The system for investigating police murders and killings is broken, they can not handle this in house. as even our local police claim to do. It isnt if it happens here it is when it happens here. It may have already happened. Our local practice of letting bad officers go to other departments is a horrible way to fill the positions.
