The two men came to the bakery to review the department, asked me a few questions, said I have fantastic responses, and in the midst of the grill, one of my regulars happened to walk up. I helped her and one other customer, and turned my attention back to the higher ups. One of the men says, Cody! Wow. THATS the customer service were looking for! People need to take notes from you! Thank you for your time, keep it up, buddy. Smiled and walked off. It feels SO nice to actually be recognized for how I treat people at work (:(:
