Correct responses if someone at work announces that they’re thinking about going on a juice diet: 1. Roll eyes so hard you have to go to Moorfield’s Eye Hospital to get them retrieved. 2. Shout ‘Big deal’ and then trump them by announcing that you’re going on a ‘Gravel Diet’. 3. Say ‘Aha, but can you do this’ – and then eat 14 Kit Kats one after another whilst maintaining eye contact. 4. Help them out by juicing a variety of meats and leaving it for them on their desk at work in a large conical flask. 5. Say: ‘Oh tell me all about it’, then running full pelt into the nearest set of French windows.
