All along I always thought that a friendly "Utt" on a public premises is a place for gathering mainly for celebrating and hosting important public events and discussions on issues pertaining to public interest. Not happening this time... Especially utilizing in weekend daylight, needs not to use apparatus that will trigger burden on accumulating cost is not even allow. These are utility buildings that were erected out of our public funds for these purposes. Imagine only siding down and physically oralizing your messages to people who are interested in your topics has to be stopped by someone who has greater interest in the same....What kind of a system do we have.
