Correspondence to SASS: Greetings and Salutations during this holiday season! I hope you all are enjoying a lovely time with family and friends, complete with tasty treats and fabulous fripperies. We need to nail down a date, time, and location for our first gathering. I propose either the 24th or 31st of January, which are Saturdays, and perhaps we can meet at our local distributor of fine coffees and baked goods (Starbucks or Hardback), or our local collector of knowledge and wonderful things (library). Perhaps one of you brave members would like to host our very first meeting; the honor shall be all yours, of course. In any event, I will be collecting supplies for our DIY medal project and I encourage you all to collect your own bits of ribbon, charms and do-dads. The more do-dads the better, as you know. I look forward to our first meeting of minds and creative forces!
