Corrupt, Violent Cops - Bartlesville, Oklahoma Since we are talking about out of control Police violence, I will be focusing on a local PD. That would be one of the most violent, false evidence planting, lying, report falsifying PDs in the USA. The Bartlesville Police Department/BPD. My guess is two thirds are honest, good cops & the rest are violent thugs. There are about 50 of them. Some are friends of mine & I grew up with them. They I trust. I have spoken of the BPD often over the last 3 years & even gotten a few fired, had their Pensions taken & even arrested. I think I shall continue down that road. A few more need to be fired, arrested & have their Pensions taken. Lets start with the old timer, old school thug by the name of Ward. He has been at the BPD for way too long. He is training younger officers, like the bully, violent, emotionally troubled Officer Phillips (from what I have heard) to violate Civil Rights & the Constitution & how to roust people & get away with it. His record needs to be investigated by the OSBI & the DOJ. So does Phillips. He also needs to be given a Polygraph & then Fired. Clean up the BPD! Simple, Ward should be fired, arrested & have his Pension taken. Give him a polygraph, 4 questions.... (Phillips too.) - Have you ever falsified a police report? - Have you ever knowingly violated a Citizens Civil Rights? - Have you ever planted evidence? - Have you ever taken part in or have knowledge of a beating death at the jail or on the street? There is no Statute of Limitations on murder. What citizen would not want these questions answered? None. Ward is morbidly obese, not real bright & has a heart stint so that might just give him a stroke, so I will tread softly. haha This is a guy that makes the BPD look bad. He is corrupting new officers. He is a lousy human. In fact, I expect him or Phillips to call me or come over & threaten me. That is who Ward is, or pull me over & ask to search my car & if I refuse, arrest me for refusing his command & Resisting Arrest & beat the hell out of me. That is his current ploy. My first call will be to the OSBI & the DOJ whom I have had positive dealings with in the past, for 40 years. I would love to see him in prison & have no Pension. It would be good for Bartlesville. If he has done this with you, call the DOJ & the OSBI & file a complaint against either of them. It will do no good to complain to Holland, the Chief. He will protect his cops even if they beat the hell out of people. That is who he is. He is a bad cop & a worse Chief. There are good cops at the BPD, contrary to popular opinion. I grew up with the McCarty twins, always liked them. I respected them & trusted them. I have had many friends on the BPD. I have also heard much good about Sargent Mims. He is a professional, fair & respects the populace, the citizens, taxpayers. Ward does not. He is a liar & a thug, from what I have heard. Same goes for Phillips. It is baffling though, why they dont fire them both, but the Blue Line & all probably explains that. Voters/people, record him/them with your cell phones & report him to higher authorities, if he violates your Civil Rights or gives you a beating. Really, Ward needs to be fired and have his Pension taken. Even go to prison. He is the worst of the worst of the police & gives Bville a bad name & the BPD a bad name.
