Cosmas Ochieng, Kenya Works Project Coordinators post: Yesterday 31/12/2014 was a very sensitive date for our Kenya Works Scholarship applicants; the panel sat down to carryout the selection process. We had very many girls and boys who applied so to be considered and all of them qualified but not all could be considered since the opportunities are limited. Kotonje Primary School did produce exemplary results as all the candidates were able to attain above the pass marks, this shows the kind of commitment from both teachers, students and the community at large. Very many students have been sponsored in the past years and more are going to be sponsored by Kenya Works in the public secondary school; this was an initiative by the community to address most of the education challenges. To all Kenya Works friends and donors; your support is changing lives for greater good. Happy and Prosperous 2015.
