Costa Rica was going to be the easier of the England ties but Costa Rica have managed to qualify without even having to play England! We all criticized Greg Dykes grimace back when the draw was made - he was right! The naval gazing has well and truly begun but we are all assuming England are going to beat Costa Rica! I do think the England predicament lies in the inherent mental attitudes - they say they want success but they only kinda want it!
