Cotile lake area- Horses in need of homes! Mare and 9 mo old colt, and orphan 4 mo old filly- all are in sad shape, bad cases of parasites, and a balanced diet. NOTE: I am posting for the owner, long sordid story but in a nutshell, the animals were given to them, and they really dont know enough about them for proper care so they contacted me to help place them. 1) 4 month old overo filly, you can approach her and scratch her butt, back, but she is unhandled and has not had a halter on. bad case of worms. pretty markings and probably wont get much bigger than 14h. 2) Mustang mare (freeze branded) with 9 mo old colt at side, mare is sorely emaciated and as far as I can tell, unhandled/ broke- as is the colt. NOTICE: if you cannot properly care for these animals DO NOT contact me- they need to be power wormed and put on a proper diet, along with consistent handling training- if you are not prepared to do these things on a consistent basis? move along.
