Cougar 700M Gaming Mouse - Check it out! Alrighty, we have just received our first batch of Cougar 700M gaming mice and i have to admit we are excited. This is a VERY adjustable gaming mouse with loads of buttons and features that we have come to expect from a quality gaming mouse. Essentially you are packing 8200DPI which is right up there with the best in class brands and models, accompanied by fully adjustable options. What do we mean by fully adjustable? Well you get your standard rear grip and an additional cut down grip, you get optional weights which is pretty standard on this grade of mouse. You have 8 programmable keys set out in a way that it natural to hold and use accompanied by an ARM processor and onboard memory to hold all of your custom configs, and finally 16.8 million colour adjustable LED (Because sometimes 16 million is just not enough). Boring stuff and pretty colour out of the way lets look at why you would buy this bad boy. After demoing this mouse there are a few things that we have come to learn. Firstly the DPI allows for a sensitivity that you will never require, this isnt a bad thing as you can adjust it on the fly, but dont buy this mouse because you have a 3500dpi mouse and it just aint enough, your kidding yourself. Secondly there are two buttons that really get our tea bubbling - the fire button that extends off the left hand click and the sniper button on the left hand side thumb grip. These two buttons are really natural extensions of the hand and we found them to be extremely easy to adapt to. Features wise there is just one other thing: our pokey bit - lets call it a muzzle break because Cougar thought that would sound cool. This is the shiny extrusion that the cord connects to at the front of the mouse - what a joke right? well actually no... we have come to love this little dicky bit, it keeps the cord just a little out of the way and while it is a tiny thing to focus on that is what matters on something you will be wrapping your meat hooks around for hours on end. In summary this is a really neat little mouse, if your a fan of the Logitech G9X style and shape you will love this mouse. Basically 2/3rds of the button potential of a Razer Naga Hex with a much more natural key layout, huge DPI and some cute little features to keep it fun. At $109 this is a worthwhile purchase. youtube/watch?v=MC7rPKwX9Gk PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE - IF WE CAN GET SOME LIKES I RECKON WE WILL BE ABLE TO SQUEEZE A COUGAR 700M FACEBOOK GIVEAWAY DOWN THE TRACK.
