Could it be possible to denied one whose father is from Ebenebe and mum from Amansea citizenship ? However, can be possible if opposite is the case. But in the case of voluntary resident whereby the person now is seen as being an indigen ,in the sense that he participates virtually in what make one a full fledge indigen like, paying of certain community dues, being loyal to norms of the town, living in peace with the community etc. In this light can we really adopt such a person as one of us? In short, which artificial measures should one take incase one want to becomes a citizen of Ebenebe. Thanks
