Couldnt agree, most cops need retraining. The present method is obviously totally inadequate n outdated to deal with civil unrest which put police in the front line as the cutting saw!!! In civil society police must be trained n granted the political immunity NOT to use force when it is NOT right against peaceful, or even violent protests when the causes for such violence are obviously social injustice, which the politicians have to deal with. Only when police are granted the immunity and the training to restrain using such brutal force, would the damned politicians who are elected to do such job face the music n do the job of redressing the injustice themselves.
