Council recognises that perceptions of safety and civic pride in the community are affected negatively by graffiti and vandalism. Council is committed to keeping its property graffiti free and the expedient removal of graffiti when it occurs. Found it on council property? Notify council and they will remove offensive graffiti on council property within 24 hours and non-offensive graffiti on council property within five working days. Found graffiti on your private property and/or on your local business? Residents and property owners are encouraged to report all incidents of graffiti directly to the NT Police on 131 444. Council will provide a reimbursement of up to $50 for graffiti removal products. Apply for a graffiti removal voucher from the City of Palmerston by completing the Graffiti Removal Reimbursement Form and deliver to the City of Palmerston Council Office, cnr of University Ave and Chung Wah Tce.
