Councillor Judy Hamilton, spokesperson for Housing and Building Services, visited the Skills Testing Centre in Kirkcaldy today to find out what’s in store for potential new apprentice recruits that are putting their skills to the test this week! Fife Council’s Building Services are holding a series of skills tests this week as part of their drive to recruit 20 modern apprentices. Cllr Hamilton said: “Those who have been chosen to take a test will get the chance to show the council their skills in a range of different trades including joinery, plastering and stonemasonry. “I’d like to wish everyone taking the skills test this week all the very best and look forward to meeting the successful applicants!”
