Counselor Hans-Peter Hofmann and Attaché Ulf-Oliver Hösch from the Embassy’s cultural section attended the German Academic Development Center (GADC)’s presentation of the programme for Lebanese engineers. Head of the Order of Engineers and Architects Eng. Khaled Shehab gave the opening speech, Ayman Chehade and Dalia Farhat-Kentar from GADC presented the programme which gives participants the chance to gain international professional experience in Germany - the ‘Country of Engineering’. The presentation was followed by a lively Q&A session. Over 200 students and professionals had come to the Order of Engineers and Architects in Beirut for the event on 8th December.
