Counter Pakistan aggression to teach for its misadventures Er. Jitender Kohli On 24/10/13 Published in Early Times & on 25/10/13 in Jammu Kashmir NEWSPOINT & State Times English newspapers Congress politicians are exclusively busy in manipulating their political tricks to retain governing seat where the dynastic lust is dominating. The entire congress is revolving around one family to get their sibling also to join the ring. Thus old trick of keeping so-called minority community aimed for Muslim votes only in the disguise of secularism is again repeated. HM issuing one after another letters to the state chief ministers in the name of protecting Muslim community from the excesses or for their upgrading in the society. Practically none of Muslim community is bearing excesses at any level nor are they extraordinarily upgrading in the society. They are getting whatsoever they deserve and what their hard work earns. Now the HM is again preparing to bring a bill in winter session to counter the riots in the name of Riot Bill to protect minority community specifically covers the Muslim community which may deepen the void between societies. The bill against the riots is not a bad opinion but why it should confine the interest of only one community of this nation? Why a bill should not be to protect all the communities from the fanatics without considering their nationality, religion, region or caste etc. that proves a secular government and democracy to exist in the nation. But the congress attitude is damaging the democratic ideology and dividing the national society which directly or in-directly, intentionally or un-intentionally is favouring the separatist and anti-national elements. Weak policies of the congress have encouraged their UPA partners to speak against the nation; one chief minister challenges the state accession to the Indian union and asks for what the terrorists, separatists and anti-national inspire. The congress policies have encouraged Pakistan to prick India on the border whenever he desires, successfully continues his proxy-war inside India and raises Kashmir problem at the International level where the Indian government fails to explain that Kashmir has problem with Pakistan who is liable to vacate the POK land. Pakistan is to handover that land in total to India. Pakistan is to handover part of this state and not to get anything out of it. Why the congress represents with the word of accession of the J&K state with Indian union. There is no issue to tell it. Pakistan was and is aggressor and not victim on the J&K state issue. The intellectuals of this state are pointing out wrong actions of the congress governments dominated by a particular family which require redressed. The redressal of some clauses annexed with article 370 can be removed only when this black article is detached from the Indian constitution. Congress and its partners never wish to do so as this is a strong arm being used to keep this state burning, Kashmir valley in particular to keep the nationalists to lick their own wounds. The congress and its allies are asking to raise the ceasefire violations of Pakistan with that nation to find some other source to settle it. These politicians are wondering as who is manipulating and for what the ceasefire violations is occurring. Even lay men know that Pakistan is created on anti-Hindu ideology. They claim to be the owner of this nation being off-shoots of variant Muslim invaders of this land. They are desperately raising war against India in many different modes especially in the name of Jihad. This word was also used by Sheikh Abdullah in 1932 in Kashmir valley to raise Kashmiri Muslims to let Sheikh family replace the Dogra regime. This lusty urge still continues from generation to generation of that family, desperately manipulating attitude of the present CM Omar Abdullah exposes it from his variant actions and statements. The state policy supplemented by Congress led UPA government to organize the return of the so-called ex-terrorist to surrender to join mainstream of the society has eased Pakistan to infiltrate his terrorists. Both the said governments let the terrorists adopt illegal route of Nepal to reach their safe destiny in the Kashmir valley. The state government openly stood against the national defence forces seeking revocation of ASFPA and shifting their camps on resistance of the militancy attack on their base. The central policies are encouraging the neighbors to treat India as a weak and soft duck to hold their sovereignty and honour. Internationally Indian Army is treated best among the best capable of eliminating the Pakistan supported terrorists training and transit camps to permanently silent their aggression against India. But this is not happen till the Congress led UPA exists on the national governing position. Society is not confused for the central congress working as it is crystal clear that her President, UPA Chairperson and Chairperson of the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation Sonia Gandhi associates with the Forum of Democratic Leaders in the Asia-Pacific (FDL-AP) focusing on the Kashmir “conflict”. The FDL-AP has been also concentrating on issue ranging from struggles for self-determination, human rights and social justice says in a section, “Independent Jammu and Kashmir”: Justifications & advantages”. It asserts, “the best and the most logical solution of the Kashmir issue is to re-unite Indian and Pakistan controlled parts of Jammu & Kashmir State ( the Valley of Kashmir, Jammu, Ladakh, Azad Kashmir and Galgit-Baltistan) and make it a totally independent country having friendly relations both with India and Pakistan. Such political party dominated by Nehru-Gandhi family clubbed with Abdullahs, Muftis, Yadavs and likewise other families has perhaps made the society to put a question mark on their patriotism and nationalism. Such confusion and suspicions can be wiped off if the UPA government proves strong enough to counter the Pakistan aggression to teach her for its misadventures. If UPA represents the truth of J&K state at the international level by exposing the clauses of the Security Council resolutions signed by India and Pakistan which debars Pakistan from all that which she claims and Kashmir valley centric leaders dream for. If the UPA government revokes or amends the article 370 to let the innocent Kashmiri Muslims to share the national benefits along mainstream society. If the central governance settles the victimized Hindu Kashmiri Pundits back to their homeland and shut the mouth of separatists and anti-national elements. Society is never against any political party or any particular family but condemns when monarchy system and creation of the society on the religion or region card is found in their ideologies. Nation needs democratic patriotic nationalist leaders to safely hold the nation sovereignty and society seek a government who believes in equality and uniform codes. The society dream for the government which works for all the Indians, cares the poor, understands the society problems and works for its eradication. Nationalist desire those leaders who have the courage to meet the foreign aggression and have strong ideology to unite the society by filling the voids created by the monarchic ideologist families.
