Couple of things: 1. I will not call pullups strict pullups 2. I will not call squats back squats Pullups ARE strict pullups... all the rest are kips, or butterfly kips or seizures or whatever you guys are doing. Kips arent pullups, i am not knocking kips, i just dont choose to do them. And if you can do 25 kips, but only one pullup, dont try and tell me that kips are better/harder/more challenging or yield a greater strength output than pullups. There are many kinds of squat variants: Front squat, overhead squat, goblet squat, catcher squat, zercher squat, bulgarian squat, pistol squat, split squat, messier squat, kossack squat... etc. etc. etc.. But when I say Squats you know what im referring to. No need to say Back squat. And no need to say below parallel squats either... because ALL squats should be below parallel. That is all.
