Couple of things just wed like to say after a fantastic weekend - first, a huge thanks to all the racers who put the massive effort in to getting their cars out and driving in some cases hundreds (in a few cases lots and lots of hundreds!) of miles to the track, even with the uncertain weather forecasts that were floating around - I dont think folks who dont race realise the effort that goes in just to get to the track before youve even turned a wheel, well I certainly never used to. A massive thank you to all our sponsors who put their hands into their pockets to pay for some of the niceties we enjoyed at the weekend and prizes that were on offer. Thank you to the hard working track staff at Shakespeare County Raceway for their efforts on site working the pits (particularly Janet!) sorting us all out, Julie in the fire up lane and all the startline crew, and Jerry Cookson for sorting us all out.
