Couple of weeks ago...early in the morning...something strange happen..My husband Sam and I were laying down still..I was fast asleep and He was awake..He was going to get up and go to the bathroom..but He heard someone open the bathroom door..and close it again..so He waited for the person to finsh their business...well He heard the bathroom door open again..so he got up and went into the hallway..He looked around.thinking he would see my Sister inlaw..who must have came back to morenci with my brother..but he didnt see her.. so he assumed that she went outside back to the Back room..where my brother stays at..and went back to bed.. When I woke up..he said to me.. well Your breakfast is ready..and I left Brookas breakfast in the microwave for her..Oh? she is here I asked...Yes he said.. I heard her come into the house..and then she went into the bathroom..oh Okay.. I told him.. So Sam and I started to get ready to go to town..I told Sam..Ms Brook..must be tired..she is still sleeping huh? ..it was about 9am.. Sam and I were ready to leave for Safford...so I decided to let Brooka know that ..we are taking off.. So I knocked on the door to the back room...nothing...then I knocked again..thinking..she was fast asleep..so I opened the door..and called out to her....I looked towards the bed.. ...hummm...I looked around... NO one was laying in the bed....No Brooka....I asked.. Sam..are You sure You heard Brooka? ..he said..I heard someone come into the house.. use the bathroom...went back outside....well I said to him.. ahhh....Brooka isnt even here....she never came back with my brother...so we were both puzzled...we both looked around.. wondering...Talk about Strange happenings....but that was the last of it...a week later..I was home alone.. so I invited my granddaughter to spend the night we me...since it was so quite and I was working on a cake.. I told her.. make some noise..haha..she was happy to do so.. of course I spoiled her..lol.. it was getting late.. about 11:30 pm...Both my Brother and the Other boarder left the day before..so I decided..well I better lock the back kitchen door and put the latch on it...I made a mental note..that I needed to get up early because my brother will be here early in the morning...I double checked the door..made sure it was secure..then I did the same thing to the front door..Everything being secured.. my granddaughter and I went to the bedroom and laid down..we watched a movie..she fell asleep on me.....durning the night.. I was startled by a loud noise..but I just thought..stupid wind.. so I went back to sleep..towards early morning.. I I heard a big bang...like the kitchen door opening...but stopped by the chain.. so I jumped up...out of bed..then I ran towards the kitchen ...but before I got there.. my brother was unlocking the front door....I stopped..in the living room.... I asked him if he tried to get in ? he said yes..through the back kitchen door...since it was already OPEN!!!.. I told him noo.. it was lock..and I chained it.. He said...really? .. he said .. no..the door was open slightly..so I pushed it forward..and it was stopped by the chain....that was the loud nose You heard he told me.......now I was puzzled...I know I double checked the door...What in the heck is going on???..is someone messing with Us?? or...is it the spirit of Halloween? ..What do YOu all make of it? ..
