Course in Sydney: Managing self-directed funding and planning for the future. Northern Intellectual Disability Health in Cremorne is offering a free course, called Pathways to Possibilities, to assist parents/carers of people of all ages with disabilities manage self-directed funding and have a plan and a self-directed budget for the future of the person they care for. Run over 6 sessions, from 28 October. The plan could be used for: * Identifying self directed supports and how they need to happen (now, and with NDIS). * Visits to medical and allied professionals * Post school education or a plan to access work * Negotiation with services The course is free and lunch will be provided at each session.
