Court today, another set back, (or not). Seems our attorney cant get their key witness to set a date for a deposition, so the Judge set it for him. Wont know the outcome until Jan 10th. We just keep plugging along and make sure he sees us every time he comes to court. He thinks he is going to wear us down, but that day will NEVER come. As a result of the delay, the Feb date for trial may disintegrate. Just another glitch in our justice system. Makes me wonder why their key witness doesnt want to be disposed???
