Glynn and Wade are the MCs and bartenders. Facebook are the cops. Everyone can have a turn at the mic. Everyone can heckle. You will be heckled if you are a religious nut job or a politician masquerading as a comedian. Thats because youre being measured against Bill Hicks. If you then refuse to give up the mic and get off the damn stage, the MCs will ask you to sit down. If you still keep screaming your politics at the audience, the manager may bar you from his club altogether. If you start advocating murder, WITHOUT A HINT OF IRONY, an audience member might call the cops. The cops might shut down the club, for the good of the public. Your right to free speech is thus limited - insofar as you are not allowed to run into a crowded cinema and scream Fire! Its really easy, isnt it? If you have a functioning brain.
