Please be there, or have a representative there to id the pictures of some of the horses found who we still haven’t matched up. If you cannot be there or have someone there, once we narrow down the list of people able to come look at those photos, I will pull the photos of horses found still unknown and email them to you if they are possible matches. HORSE OWNER LIASON Also I need to delegate and find someone who will be on site, to be in charge of making a list of Horse owners their contact info, and their horses that are missing, or have been confirmed deceased. Basically someone to be the Horse owner to Search Effort liaison. VOLUNTEER LIASON Then I need another person to be the Volunteer liaison, we started a list yesterday with cards for each volunteer to write down their info, what special capabilities they have, as well as time available to come help. I need one person who is on site to be in charge of that. DONATIONS LIASON And lastly, I need someone to be the Donations Liaison. To inventory all donations we have already received, and needs of donations we still have and to keep track so we can send thank yous and acknowledgements to those who have given. These three people will need to be on site today, and then be able to at least check in now and then through the week and be reachable by phone or email through the week. If you feel like you would be able to help with one of these jobs please let me know in person today when you get to site.
