Covered Roaster - Roast a turkey breast, chicken , 4 lb, pork roast or a 8 lb ham . Braise tougher cuts of meat with the lid on for tender . Rivets on pan edge stabilize lid and help release steam. Glass lid can be used as a separate roasting and baking pan is heat- safe to 450 degrees and glass lid is microwave , refrigerator - and freezer-safe , and oven safe to 400 degrees !!!
