Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole 2 cups sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup chopped onion (I used a sweet onion) 1 32 oz. pack of frozen hashbrowns Salt & Pepper to flavor Coat the inside of your crockpot with a cooking spray so it doesnt stick. Mix in crockpot your sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheese & chopped onion. After mixing well, add in the hashbrowns to your mixture.
